How to buy a product/service using the WhatsApp “shopping button”

Check out how to buy a product/service using the WhatsApp shopping button. Just follow the step by step of this tutorial!

This past month, WhatsApp gained a feature that promises to offer a new buying and selling experience for its users. Thinking of a solution to make the experience more fluid for those who buy and sell on WhatsApp, the app’s developers created a shopping button that directs those interested in buying to a company catalog. In this way, the seller, through the WhatsApp Business app, will be able to better expose all his products and increase the chances of selling more than one item.

With the new functionality, the “shopping button” allows the company to easily and intuitively provide a catalog of products and/or services so that the person can more easily view what is available. This way, it will be easier to negotiate and save more time for both parties, as the customer will view the information in advance through images and a title for each item offered. Then, the interested party will only need to select what they want from the company’s catalog and contact someone responsible for the company’s service, mentioning the chosen option.
